netscape ldap directory server 4.1 - how to export directory tree to ldif
to be able to export the ldap database to an ldif file i had to do this:
1. run services.msc stop the processes: Netscape Directory Server 4.1 Netscape Administration Server 4.2 2. go here in windows explorer: C:\Netscape\Server4\slapd-myserver\ and run (double click) db2ldif.bat this output the ldif file here: C:\Netscape\Server4\slapd-myserver\ldif
